Oven-roasted vine tomatoes, thyme, garlic
Plump, juicy, luscious vine tomatoes. Simply season with sea salt, with addition of garlic and thyme, and bake for 15 minutes, you will savour the beauty of quality fresh in ingredients.
The portion of ingredients are flexible, you can add more garlic if you like. The key is the ingredients should be fresh and of good quality.

Vine tomatoes
Garlic
Quality sea salt
Olive oil
Thyme
How-to-make:
Wash the vine tomatoes and put them in a baking tray or oven-safe containers
Sprinkle olive oil onto the tomatoes
Slice the garlic and sprinkle onto the tomatoes
Sprinkle sea salt
Add thyme
Roast in the oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes. You may roast for longer time for a more softened texture to your liking.
